
Magic kale has vitamin C and K, calcium, potassium and is high in fiber. It will make you stay full longer, not hungry and feel grateful;) Just add protein and vegetable fats – you get a perfect lunch salad.
4 leaves of Tuscan kale
1 chicken breast
1/2 avocado
1 tb spoon of chopped fresh basil
2-3 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tb spoon rice wine vinegar
Preheat the oven. Bake the chicken breast in a foil (just 20 minutes). Set aside and allow to cool. Then slice it into pieces.
Wash the kale leaves and remove center stems. Cut the leaves into strips.
Slice the half of avocado.
Mix everything in a bowl adding chopped basil, extra virgin olive oil and rice wine vinegar .
