Crunchy seeds or what to spinkle on salads

80 g pumpkin seeds

80 g sunflower seeds

2-3 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce

Just toast the seeds in a frying pan over a medium-high heat until they are golden. Low the heat and add soy sauce, stirring constantly until soy sauce evaporates. Lightly toast the seeds for two minutes on a low heat.
