
How one likes their boded egg is a personal matter. For me, it is no unset white and still runny yolk.
(For 2 persons)
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 table spoons pumpkin oil
- salt, ground black pepper
I like the combination of rye bread and egg. That evokes something inside))), and if you add some pumpkin oil with its bright taste it would be super yummy! So, heat the pumpkin oil in a non stick frying pan and and toast the rye bread slices on a high-medium heat to get a slightly crunchy crust on both sides.
Boil room temperature eggs strictly for 6 minutes.
To serve the breakfast just organise the slices of avocado and one boiled egg on a warm and crunchy rye toast. Season with salt and ground black pepper. You can add chia or flax seeds as well.
