Healthy banana pancakes

(14 pancakes)

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Just combine all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth enough.

Allow the batter to stand for 10 minutes and thicken slightly.

Fry pancakes on a non-stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
